Understanding how the mind works has always been a fascinating field for me since I started teaching. It behooves me to become more innovative and ingenious in preparing my lessons, classroom activities, and educational intervention approaches and techniques to make all students successful. As an educator, I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that learning does not only become visible in the classroom but at the same time afford students a learning environment that meets students' academic needs. As a purveyor of learning, I should say that teaching is indeed the highest form of understanding (Aristotle).
