Welcome! My name is Mark Williamson and I teach Art 1 at Channelview High School. I look forward to meeting you y'all!

I received a Bachelor Of Fine Arts in Graphic design from Taylor University in 2009. After that I worked for printshops and concert venues for many years until I decided to become a teacher in 2023. I am so excited to impart my knowledge of art and design to my Art 1 students, and help them achieve their dreams!

Some of my favorite visual artists include Jermaine Rogers, Michael Sieben, Frank Kozik, Mumbot, and many others. During my free time you can find me walking my dog, making art, or trying out the newest Houston restaurant fare.
