He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston-Downtown and he holds a Masters of Education from the University of Houston.

Mr. Andre Phillip
Andre Phillip earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McNeese State University and his Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Prairie View A&M University. He joined Channelview ISD in 2003 as a math teacher and football coach before being promoted to Assistant Principal in 2015.
Mr. Phillip loves working at Channelview High School and always says the kids are the best part of this job. He loves to serenade the students during lunch: “Baby Shark” is a favorite. You can always find him on duty by room 101 at any part of the day.
Mr. Phillip enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching his son’s little league team, watching movies, and reading.
Mrs. Sheila Holmes
Channelview ISD is excited to announce Sheila Holmes as the new Associate Principal of Channelview High School.
Ms. Holmes brings 22 years of educational service and is currently head principal at Sweeny Junior High School. For the past 13 years she has served as administrator in various roles, including a 6A High School Assistant Principal, Junior Assistant Principal, Summer School Principal, and Night School Principal.
Ms. Dominique D. Lewis
Ms. Dominique Lewis comes to Channelview High School an experienced educator with 13 years of experience, specializing in Special Education. Her passion for teaching extends to a wide array of areas within the special education spectrum, demonstrating a deep commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lewis has excelled in the art of differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of various subpopulations of students. Her dedication to personalized learning ensures that every student receives the support for them to thrive academically and personally.
Ms. Lewis's leadership abilities shine through her experience in spearheading educational departments and teams. Her collaborative approach and innovative strategies have consistently driven positive outcomes for students and staff alike. Her ability to inspire and motivate others has made her an invaluable asset to the educational institutions she has served.
Outside her professional life, Ms. Lewis has a son who is a junior at Summer Creek High School and plays varsity basketball there. Ms. Lewis is excited to join the Channelview High School family and bring her wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for education to benefit the students and community of Channelview. Her dedication to empowering students to achieve their full potential is sure to make a positive impact on our school and our scholars!
Mrs. Stephanie Green
Mrs. Green is a proud North Carolinian. She considers herself a lifelong learner and an educator with vast experience. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She holds a Master’s Degree from Prairie View A&M University in Counseling, as well as certifications from the University of Houston in Special Education and St.Thomas University in Administration.
Mrs. Green enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and traveling. Her favorite city so far is Vienna, Austria for its beautiful castles and landscape. Besides, who wouldn’t want to explore the original location of where the Sound of Music was filmed?
She and her husband are parents of two college-aged girls. She is an active member of her community through her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America. She is a strong advocate for kids, education, and helping students see their full potential. Her favorite quote is “for I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper…..plans to give you a hope and a future.”

Mr. Cedric Le Peuch
Mr. Le Peuch is a French native who became a United States citizen in 2007. He holds a Master’s Degree in Modern History from the Sorbonne University in Paris as well as an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. He joined Channelview ISD in 2007 as a Social Studies teacher and also taught Foreign Language before being promoted to Assistant Principal in 2013.
Mr. Le Peuch is a father of two, and his wife also works for the district, teaching Kindergarten at Harvey Brown Elementary. He is an avid musician, having played guitar for over three decades and performed with multiple bands, as well as an unconditional movie enthusiast. He also enjoys extensive international travels, having visited over thirty different countries, and he continues to fly out when the opportunity arises.
Mr. Le Peuch is a fervent educator who believes that a person is not defined by where they come from but by where they are going and that knowledge and hard work are the stones paving the way for that journey. Mr. Le Peuch is a Falcon all the way!
Mr. Germain Quintanilla
Germain Quintanilla, was born in Los Angeles to a hard working Salvadoran immigrant father and mother. His passion for education was instilled in him by his parents. They firmly believe that education is the key for success in life and pushed the importance of school in their household.
Mr. Quintanilla has had the pleasure of serving the amazing students of Channelview I.S.D. since 2011. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Art Education from the University of Houston and taught advanced and intro level visual arts courses at Channelview High School until 2021.
As the administrator over the ESL program, Mr. Quintanilla’s goal is to provide as much support as possible and opportunities in and outside of the classroom for his newcomer and emerging bilingual students.
As the administrator over the fine arts department, Mr. Quintanilla is continuing his work to support the entire student at Channelview High School. Creating as many programs/events that students desire to showcase their talents to the community.
