I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's degree in English and Biology in 2016. I started my education career teaching in private school before coming to Channelview High School 2 years ago. I bring my passion for literature into the classroom with the intent to inspire students to explore the world of reading!

When I'm not at school, I spend time relaxing with my husband and my 2 cats. My home is full of books, of which I try to read at least 50 per year!
