I am entering my 14th year as an educator, including 12 years in the Greater Houston area aand 1 year in Boilvar, TN. I am actually returning to Channelview High School, in which I was employed from 2008 to 2014 school years.   I am a graduate of Aldine MacArthur High School in 1998 in Houston, TX.  I attended Harding University in Searcy, AR, on a full athletic scholarship to play football.  While at Harding University I earned a Bachelors of Business Adminstration in 2002 and a Masters in Business Adminstration in 2004, along with a Mathematics Minor.  I have taught an array of math courses including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Math Models, Algebraic Reasoning, Math Strategies, and Statistics.  I have been a Varsity Football Assistant my entire career as educator, as well as an Assistant in Boyś Basketball, Boyś Track and Field, and Boys and Girls Wrestling along the way.

I am married to to Tiffany Randle, whom is an educator in Humble ISD.  We have been married for 20 years and have 4 children, Kaitlyn(19), Donovan(16), Daylon(12), and Drayson(7).  I enjoy my career in education and athletics due to the fact that I have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of young people daily.
