I want to welcome everyone to Endeavor High School!

My name is Mario Garza and I will be teaching World History, World Geography and Government and Economics. for this wonderful school year!

I am excited to meet and know each of my students as we come back for the upcoming school year.

My name is Mario Garza and this is my first year teaching at Endeavor High School, I have been in education for 17 years from teaching AP US History, US History, Pre AP World History, World History, World Geography, Government and Economics. In addition I have coached football, basketball, and baseball including coaching academic UIL current issues and events, number sense , ready writing and social studies. I also served as an Assistant Principal in my prior school district. In addition I served in the Army for 22 years and retired as a Master Sergeant in the Texas National Guard. All of these experiences has helped shaped me for who I am today.

In my free time I like to spend time with my wife Araceli and daughter Sara whether its watching a family movie, dining out or just traveling. I enjoy every moment with family and friends.
