Dear Parents, 

My name is Maria Evangelina Gomez.  I will be your child's Pre-K Dual Language teacher.   I  joined Barrett Lee Early Childhood Center ( ECC ) in 2018-2019!  Mrs. Miranda, will be working in our classroom as well.  We will work together as a team to make sure your child is successful.  Welcome to our class!

About me:

I was born and raised in Houston. I attended the University of Houston and University of St. Thomas.  I received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology  from the University of Houston.   I am happily married and have been blessed with four beautiful children and a grandchild!  I am very family oriented and love spending time with my family.  During my spare time,  I love to read devotional books and grow in my faith. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at any time.   I look forward to a fantastic and rewarding year!

Mi nombre es Maria Evangelina Gomez.  Yo sere la maestra de su hijo/hija este año escolar.  Estoy muy emocionada de formar parte del equipo de Barrett Lee Early Childhood Center ( ECC ). 

Sera un honor trabajar con su hijo/hija.  Juntos formaremos un equipo para que su hijo/hija tengan un año exitoso.  Bienvenidos a nuestro salon!

Yo asisti a la Universidad de Houston y la Universidad de St. Thomas.  Recibi mi titulo en Psicologia, con una minoria en Sociologia.  Recibi mi certificacion de maestra en la Universidad de St. Thomas.  Estoy felizmente casada, con cuatro hermosos hijos y un hermosos nieto.  Me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia, leer libros devosionales, y crecer en mi fe.  Me puede llamar en cualquier momento si tiene alguna pregunta.  Tendremos un año exitoso!

My name is Miriam Miranda.  I was born in Mexico.  After getting married, I came to live in the USA forming a beautiful family.  I am lucky to have 6 beautiful children.  I am very excited to be part of ECC.  This is my first year at ECC and I look forward to being a great help to our students.  I want to help them achieve great goals in life.  

Mi nombre es Miriam Miranda.  Yo naci en Mexico, cuando me case  me vine a vivir a Estados Unidos y forme una hermosa familia.  Soy afortunada de tener 6 hermosos hijos.  Estoy muy emocionada de ser parte de ECC.  Este es mi primer ano en ECC y espero poder ser de gran ayuda a nuestros alumnos.  Yo quiero ayudarlos a lograr grandes metas en su vida.
