Verification of Employment / Income Requests

Entities requesting verification of either past or present employment or income requests with Channelview Independent School District must request this information in writing by either faxing, mailing, or emailing the request to:

Verbal requests regarding employment are not accepted.

Loan Forgiveness

  1. Please make sure the district address on file with loan provider is as follows:

  1. Once documents are obtained and page one is completed by employee and dated (with employee personal information) , please submit paperwork to Tonia Babbitt. Paperwork will be accepted in person or electronically from loan provider. All pages provided by loan provider must be included for processing.

  2. HR will review employment verification and return to loan provider.

  3. Please allow processing time of 5-7 business days.
