Student Transfers for 2024-2025

Limited Open Enrollment/Transfer Applications are NOW OPEN!

Dear Parents,

As you navigate through your Family Access Account, you might encounter multiple applications available. We kindly request that you submit only ONE application per student per school year to facilitate a smooth approval process. To aid you in selecting the most suitable application for your student(s), we encourage you to carefully review the descriptions provided below each option before proceeding. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, and we extend our gratitude for your assistance in ensuring an efficient process.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Applications will be considered based on: Academics, Behavior, Discipline, and Attendance.

  • Transfer Requests can be revoked at any time if the student does not adhere to the district expectations.

  • One application must be submitted annually per student.

  • Parent/Guardian must sign a Student Transfer Agreement included in the application process. 

  • Transportation will not be provided by Channelview ISD.

Important: If your student's application is denied for a Limited Open Enrollment or Intra-District Transfer, parents/guardians have 10 days from their Limited Open Enrollment/Transfer Denial to appeal. Appeals submitted after this period will not be considered, and the initial decision stands. To submit an appeal, please contact the campus.
