My name is Robin Gross and I have taught at Crenshaw for 29 years now.  This year 2023-2024 will be my 30th year in education.  All 30 years have been here at Crenshaw. I have taught a variety of grades and subjects from 1st grade, PE, ART, 3rd grade, & 5th grade. I am now the Science Instructional Coach.  My job now is to assist the science teachers at Crenshaw. I help them with planning and conducting science labs as well as gather supplies for their experiments. I like what I do. I truly LOVE science.

I was also honored to be named Elementary Teacher of the Year in May 2017 for Channelview ISD.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach to surf and swim.  I drive a pink Jeep and I love driving it around and going to jeep events.   I also love to go fishing with my family.  I like to spend time doing all kinds of outdoor activities.  I LOVE watching the Houston Astros.  I am a big fan. I have coached girls athletics at Channelview HS back in 90's.  I was the Varsity Softball coach and assisted in Volleyball and Basketball. 

Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelors of Science in Education 1-8th Grade & Minor in Kinesiology from Stephen F Austin State University.

EC-6 and ESL certified.
