Teaching Experience: The 2022-2023 school year was my 30th year as a social studies teacher for Channelview ISD. I began my teaching career in the Rio Grande Valley at Santa Maria ISD, and moved to the Houston area in 1993, at which time I began teaching at Alice Johnson Junior High. I currently teach 7th grade Texas History and on Tuesdays and Thursdays a teach Gifted and Talented students during 8th period.
